We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to request an exchange.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
